DO I PUT MY CLOTHES OUT FOR PICKUP IN LAUNDRY BAGS?
Yes, once you have signed up you can leave your laundry in any bag of your choosing and we will pick it up wash and fold it and return it in a new Clean Threadz basket with your laundry bag returned as well, use the Clean Threadz bag for your next wash day then on.
What days do you pick up and deliver?

We can pick up any time Mon-Fri from 9am-3pm (requests made 1pm or earlier will receive same day delivery of your clean and folded clothing) loads picked up after 1pm on Fridays may still be delivered sam day, not guaranteed returned until the following morning.

Do I need to separate colors and whites?

NO WAY! That’s our job! Your job is to order online or call. We take care of everything else.

What time do you pick up and deliver?

Pickup and delivery occurs between 9am-3pm Mon-Fri for pick up delivery of your folded clothes depends on pick up time, if made before 1pm you can expect your laundry back by or before 8:30pm. We will send a text indicating approximately what time we will have your laundry returned by, usually within a few hours of you placing your order.
